I was frustrated with the initial check-in process, as the staff seemed distracted and forgot to return my credit card. Additionally, the room itself was not in great shape. I discovered several stains on the furniture and a cracked mirror on the closet door. To add to my disappointment, the shower head was loose, which made for a less than pleasant experience.
